By KYIV. May 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The shareholders of PrJSC Insurance Company Cardif (Kyiv) on April 27 elected Oleh Romanenko head of the board, as well as Volodymyr Erin, Serhiy Manushkov – members of the board of the company.
Cardif started its activity in February 2007. It specializes in providing services in the field of risk insurance.
According to the National Securities and the Stock Market Commission, the main shareholder of the company is Cardif SA (France) with a 99.99% stake in the charter capital.
