KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – CBRE Ukraine, which is part of the affiliate network of the international company CBRE, is expanding its presence in Moldova under the CBRE Moldova brand.
According to the press service of CBRE Ukraine, entry of CBRE Ukraine into the Moldovan market is highlighted by collaboration with its largest commercial bank MAIB and a global brand in the telecommunications business by provision of project management & building consultancy and facility management services.
“The expansion of our company into Moldova represents a strategic move aligned with the development strategy of CBRE Ukraine, with adjustments made due to the ongoing military aggression in Ukraine. We anticipate that presence of CBRE brand in Moldova’s market will not only benefit our international clients and our company but will also contribute to the formation of international commercial real estate services segment in the local market. Drawing upon our expertise and reputation, which we cultivated over 15 years of operating in Ukraine, we are well-positioned to provide same world-level solutions to both local and international clients in Moldova,” Radomyr Tsurkan, managing partner of CBRE Ukraine and CBRE Moldova said.
CBRE, headquartered in Los Angeles, the United States, is the world’s largest commercial real estate consulting and investment company, with revenue of $30.8 billion in 2022. According to Fortune, it is included in the list of the world’s 500 largest companies.
Shares of CBRE Group Inc. traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
CBRE’s Ukrainian office was opened in January 2008 and is part of the company’s affiliate network.
