By KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Electrometallurgical Plant Dniprospetsstal (Zaporizhia) in 2021 posted a net loss of UAH 461.023 million, while in 2020 this figure was UAH 887.843 million.
According to the information published on the agenda of the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for December 21, its outstanding loss by the end of last year amounted to UAH 3.307 billion.
At the meeting, it is planned to sum up the results of work in 2021, approve the annual report, significant transactions, as well as a number of additions to loan agreements with Oschadbank (Kyiv).
The shareholders will also elect the company’s auditor for 2022-2025. Two candidates are submitted for discussion – Baker Tilly Ukraine LLC and Crowe Erfolg Ukraine LLC.
As reported, Dniprospetsstal ended 2020 with a net loss of UAH 887.843 million, while in 2019 it received a net profit of UAH 78.131 million.
Dniprospetsstal is the only Ukrainian manufacturer of long products and forgings made of special grades of steel: stainless, tool, high-speed, bearing, structural, as well as nickel-based heat-resistant alloys.
