By BRUSSELS. Dec 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – European Union’s leaders approved the ninth package of sanctions against Russia because of the war it is waging against Ukraine.
The decision was made during a meeting of the European Council in Brussels on Thursday, a high-ranking European official told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the official, he confirmed that the ninth package of sanctions for Russia has been approved.
