First two objects of construction in progress accredited under eOselia mortgage program – Ukrfinzhytlo

KYIV. Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The first two objects of construction in progress have become available for mortgage under the eOselia (eHouse) program, the press service of Ukrfinzhytlo reported.

The release notes that these are houses from the Royal House developer in the New England residential complex in Kyiv. Preferential mortgage loans for apartments in them will be provided by the Globus partner bank.

As Royal House told Interfax-Ukraine, at present two houses of the Windsor and Nottingham complex are at the stage of readiness – 59% and 39%, respectively. They are expected to be commissioned at the end of 2023.

As reported, the eOselia program started on October 1 this year in a test mode.

Military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under contract and law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers and scientists working in institutions of state and municipal forms of ownership can apply for a preferential mortgage at an annual rate of 3%.

Developers must be accredited by the participating bank of the eOselia program and confirmed by Ukrfinzhytlo to sale apartments in houses under construction under this state program.
