Govt reappoints three state representatives on Oschadbank supervisory board for new term

KYIV. Nov 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On November 17, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to appoint current state representatives to the supervisory board of the state-owned Oschadbank for a second term, the Uriad-online Telegram channel reported.

In particular, the state will continue to be represented in the supervisory board: from the President – Oleksandr Rodniansky, from the Cabinet of Ministers – Roza Tapanova and from the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy – Yulia Pashko.

As reported, Rodniansky recently became head of the strategy and transformation committee of the state-owned bank, and its supervisory board was headed by the former board chairman of Raiffeisen Bank, Volodymyr Lavrenchuk.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of September 1, 2023, Oschadbank ranked second in total assets (UAH 337.99 billion) among the 64 operating banks in the country and first in the number of branches with 1,182.
