ICJ in The Hague upholds DTEK's claim against Russia regarding seized assets in Crimea

KYIV. Nov 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague has fully upheld DTEK’s claim against Russia regarding seized assets in illegally annexed Crimea.

“The arbitration awarded Russia to pay the Ukrainian company compensation of $267 million,” Rinat Akhmetov’s energy holding reported on its Telegram channel on Thursday.

The trial of DTEK Krymenergo’s claim against Russia has been ongoing since 2017.
