KYIV. Dec 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In November 2023, the Export Credit Agency (ECA) insured loan agreements of exporters in the amount of UAH 127 million; for 11 months of this year, this amount amounted to UAH 927.42 million, according to the agency’s website.
At the same time, ECA clarifies that the volume of supported exports in November amounted to UAH 253.69 million, and since the beginning of the year – UAH 5.25 billion.
In November, the banks that most actively lent to exporters and insured their loan agreements with ECA were FUIB (UAH 73.5 million in financing and UAH 99 million in supported exports), Oschadbank (UAH 27.9 million and UAH 87.88 million) and Ukrgasbank (UAH 25.6 million and UAH 56.9 million).
In general, for the entire period, the leadership in cooperation with ECA in terms of the volume of issued financing is held by Ukrgasbank (UAH 413 million), Oschadbank (UAH 339 million) and Raiffeisen Bank (UAH 210 million).
In terms of volumes of supported exports, Oschadbank is in first place (UAH 3.9 billion), Ukrgasbank (UAH 1.86 billion) and MTB Bank (UAH 878 million) are in second place.
In November, the largest volumes of loans were received by exporters in Kyiv (UAH 83.7 million), Sumy (UAH 18 million) and Vinnytsia (UAH 17.2 million) regions. These same regions were leaders in terms of export volumes supported by ECA – UAH 161 million, UAH 45.7 million and UAH 31.5 million, respectively.
According to ECA, Ukrainian exporters in November sold their products mainly to the United States, Romania and France, and the most exported goods were processed vegetables, wood and wood products, as well as plastics, polymeric materials and products made from them.
