KYIV. Oct 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe continues to develop relations with clients from Saudi Arabia, presenting them with its high-quality products.
According to the company’s press release, on October 24, Interpipe, with the support of its permanent partner Al Sayed Center (ASCO), held a product conference for clients in Saudi Arabia. The business event in Jeddah brought together 138 guests, mainly representatives of construction companies and clients from the Middle East.
It is noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an important market for Interpipe in the region. For decades, the company has supplied pipe products to many of the country’s construction projects, most notably the construction of the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) and the metro in the capital of the kingdom, Riyadh, as well as the International Airport of King Abdulaziz in Jeddah.
According to Artem Artemov, director of sales of Interpipe pipes to the markets of the Middle East, Asia and Africa, although Interpipe has always been and is a reliable supplier of pipes for the construction industry in the Middle East, with the outbreak of war the company faced the fact that some customers in the region began to doubt its ability to fulfill its contractual obligations. However, thanks to the conferences held, Interpipe was able to strengthen customer confidence in the reliability of production and supply routes.
The success of the event is evidenced by the fact that a certain number of contractors agreed to re-include Interpipe in the list of approved brands.
According to him, during meetings with clients the situation with counterfeit materials and fake manufacturers, which remain a serious problem in the Middle East, was discussed.
“Constant and open communication with clients helps reduce the level of customer anxiety due to the war in Ukraine, which is also fueled by our competitors in the market,” the top manager emphasized.
