KYIV. Oct 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Based on the results of January-September of this year, the Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe transferred UAH 3.185 billion to budgets of all levels and extra-budgetary funds, which is 59% more than in the same period last year.
According to the company’s press release on Wednesday, contributions to the state budget in the reporting period amounted to UAH 2.407 billion, and to local budgets – UAH 363 million. Another UAH 415 million was transferred as unified social contributions. It is noted that a significant increase in tax contributions to budgets of all levels is associated with a low comparative base.
“Last year, Interpipe enterprises were idle for several months, but this year they operate stably and produce products with high added value for Ukrainian consumers and for export. This guarantees not only an increase in tax payments, but also the work of thousands of people in the front-line region,” Serhiy Kuzmenko, director of economics and finance at Interpipe, is quoted by the press service.
Interpipe is a Ukrainian industrial company, a manufacturer of seamless pipes and railway wheels. The company’s products are supplied to more than 80 countries through a network of sales offices located in key markets in the Middle East, North America and Europe.
