KYIV. Nov 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine put up for a three-round English online auction a single property complex of the state enterprise Ivano-Frankivsk bakery at a starting price of UAH 52.726 million.
According to information on the ProZorro.Sale website, the buyer is offered to purchase workshops, production buildings and administrative premises, a canteen, cowsheds, poultry houses, and garages with a total area of more than 46,700 square meters and two land plots with a total area of more than 12.3 hectares. The lot also includes plant equipment and 14 vehicles.
Since 2019, production has been stopped, the company does not carry out its main activity. However, it has 19 employees.
Some of the real estate objects of the state enterprise are in tax lien. All real estate of the enterprise was seized by the state executive service.
According to the stated terms of sale, the buyer will have to repay debts on wages and to the budget in the amount of UAH 70.15 million within six months. For six months, the auction winner also does not have the right to dismiss the current personnel of the enterprise.
