By KYIV. Jan 11 (Interfax-Ukraine) –KAN Development received certificates of readiness for commissioning two houses of the seventh stage in the Fayna Town residential complex in Kyiv with a total area of almost 15,000 square meters.
The developer’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine that 154 apartments with a total area of 8,800 square meters, as well as 1,000 square meters of commercial premises were commissioned in building No. 27. Some 99 apartments with an area of 6,100 square meters, commercial area of 753.8 sq m were put into operation in house No. 28.
As reported, in 2022, KAN Development put into operation about 115,000 square meters of housing.
The construction of the first phase of the Fayna Town residential complex started in the spring of 2017. The project is located on a plot of 39 hectares, the total area of apartments will be more than 320,000 square meters.
