Kernel receives three awards for achievements in field of human capital management

KYIV. Dec 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The independent research company Brandon Hall Group (the United States) has awarded the agro-industrial group Kernel with awards in three categories of the Excellence in Technology-2022 award for achievements in the field of human capital management.

According to the Facebook page of the holding, the awards were received by its head of the distance learning group Valentyna Hrynchenko in the nomination "The best achievement in content management technology (CMT)" for the project "Learn, work, achieve. Clarity in e-learning", head of the training department Serhiy Tymenko in the category "The best achievement in learning management technology (LMT)" for the project "Re: knowledge industry" and HR partner of Kernel production assets Ruslana Bohdanova in the category "The best achievement for leadership in a crisis" for the project "Without borders".

"International-level awards are very important right now. They prove to the whole world that, despite the full-scale war and the constant threat, Ukrainian business continues to work successfully," Kernel quotes its head of the HR department Natalia Teriakhina.

Before the war, Kernel ranked first in the world in the production of sunflower oil (about 7% of world production) and its export (about 12%), and was also the largest producer and seller of bottled sunflower oil in Ukraine. In addition, the company was engaged in the cultivation of other agricultural products and their sale.

The largest co-owner of Kernel through Namsen Ltd. is Ukrainian businessman Andriy Verevsky with a share of 39.3%.
