Kyivproekt reduces its net profit to UAH 49,000 in 2021

KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – According to the results of 2021, Kyivproekt (Kyiv) reduced its net profit from UAH 1.7 million to UAH 49,000.

According to the company’s announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission about holding the annual general meeting of shareholders on December 26, 2022, it is planned not to distribute the net profit.

According to preliminary data, the company’s net profit per share decreased to UAH 0.008 last year. Retained earnings remained at the same level – UAH 52.9 million. The total accounts receivable increased by 3.2 times – up to UAH 30.9 million.

Current liabilities of the enterprise in 2021 increased by 37% compared to 2020 – up to UAH 3.4 million, while long-term liabilities amounted to UAH 95.6 million, while they were absent in the previous year.

In general, the assets of Kyivproekt increased by 3.2 times by the end of 2021 and amounted to UAH 139.9 million.

According to the report, the shareholders also intend to provide preliminary consent to the contracts for the reconstruction of the Kyivproekt building at 16-22 B. Khmelnytsky Street in Kyiv and transactions to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s obligations in the amount of up to UAH 300 million.

Kyivproekt was founded in 1937. It is one of the oldest and largest design organizations in Kyiv. It is engaged in the development of design estimates in the field of urban planning, engineering networks, transport interchanges, the development of reconstruction projects, etc.
