By KYIV. Nov 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ministry of Digital Transformation will provide Kherson with another 210 Starlink terminals, Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has said.
"We are sending another 210 Starlinks to Kherson. Thanks to the first batch of terminals from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, five public Wi-Fi points were launched in a day. Thousands of Kherson residents have already used them. People get in touch with their families, learn about the victories of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and charge smartphones from generators," Fedorov wrote in his Telegram on Wednesday.
According to the minister, in two weeks another 60 Wi-Fi points with Internet will be organized throughout Kherson region.
He also said that some of the terminals were handed over to fire departments, hospitals, police and emergency services.
