Nikopol Tooling Plant posts UAH 19 mln profit in 2021 against loss a year earlier

KYIV. Nov 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Nikopol Tooling Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) in 2021 received a net profit of UAH 19.156 million, while it ended the previous year with a net loss of UAH 7.776 million.

According to the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company, scheduled for December 20 of this year, which will be held remotely, the undistributed profit of the plant at the end of 2021 amounted to UAH 17.884 million.

The shareholders intend to hear and approve the reports for 2021 at the meeting. It is also planned to approve the profit based on the results of the company’s work in 2021 in the amount of UAH 19.155 million, to direct UAH 957,775 to the reserve capital, and not to distribute the remaining amount of UAH 18.198 million. Dividends will not be accrued, the term and procedure for paying dividends will not be approved, the report says.

It is also planned to approve significant transactions and consider the personnel issue – to terminate the powers of the current supervisory board and elect new members.

PrJSC Nikopol Tooling Plant is engaged in the production of tools and metal structures, processing of metal waste and scrap metal.

According to data from the National Depository of Ukraine for the fourth quarter of 2021, PKP UVIS LLC (Dnipropetrovsk region) owns 24.9840% of the plant, Wolbert Company Limited (Cyprus) owns 24.99%, Centravis Production Ukraine and Interpipe Niko-Tube – 25.01% of shares each.

The charter capital of the plant is UAH 16.605 million, the nominal value of one share is UAH 1.
