KYIV. Nov 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The number of orders in the Eva.ua online store on the day of the Black Friday campaign increased by 4 times – up to 40,000 versus 10,000-12,000 orders on a regular day, the press service of the Eva network reported.
According to its data, sales of Eva.ua for the entire period of the campaign (from November 9 to November 26) amounted to 10% of the online store’s annual revenue. The average check on the peak day of the campaign was about UAH 800.
In addition to discounts, sales growth was facilitated by the expansion of the assortment, improvements to the online store and the introduction of a mobile application as a new sales channel, says Olena Annenko, director of the e-commerce department of RUSH LLC (Eva and Eva.ua).
“The assortment on the website has increased by 45% compared to 2021 and by as much as 70% compared to last year, when it had to be reduced due to problems with the supply of goods,” she indicated.
RUSH LLC, which manages the Eva network, was founded in 2002. It has 52 private labels, which are represented by household goods, perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, personal care products, accessories, underwear and children’s products. The share of private label sales in physical terms in 2022 amounted to 30.6%. The company’s staff is about 13,400 people.
