By KYIV. Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The number of developers accredited by banks under the eOselia affordable mortgage lending program has increased to 14, housing can be chosen in 26 houses under construction, the press service of Ukrfinzhytlo reports.
“This is a win-win story for both eOselia and developers. We have a volume of real clients who want to find new comfortable housing. Developers can easily satisfy this demand and get an increase in sales if they become participants in the preferential lending program,” Andriy Tarasenko, Director of the Department for Development of Partnership Projects and Alternative Products, said.
During the operation of eOselia, 1,561 apartments in finished new buildings and 62 in houses under construction were purchased on the primary market. Developers and their properties are accredited by the program’s partner banks. So far this has already been done by Oschadbank, Sky Bank and Globus Bank.
As of today, the partner banks of the eOselia program have accredited 14 developers: Eco-House, GEOS, Alliance Novobud, RIEL, DBK-Zhytlobud, City municipal enterprise Vinnytsia Municipal Investment Fund, private enterprise Stroymontazhservis, Lutsk DBK, Trust Zhytlobud-1, KSM group, Creator-bud, and Intergalbud. Preferential loans are possible in Kyiv and the capital region, Lviv and Lviv region, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhia, Lutsk, Ternopil, Kharkiv and Khmelnytsky region.
In total, 5,311 preferential loans worth more than UAH 7.8 billion have already been issued within the state program of affordable mortgage lending eOselia.
