By KYIV. Sept 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – More than 4,000 Ukrainians, including 650 children, were evacuated abroad for treatment under the medical evacuation program since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Health Minister of Ukraine Viktor Liashko has said on Monday.
The Health Ministry of Ukraine said, citing Liashko, that the medical evacuation program, as well as mental health and European integration are among the priority areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Commission in the field of healthcare.
