KYIV. Oct 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Svitlana Yaralova, who owns more than 37.72% of the shares of Artempolymer JSC (Kyiv), which is part of the assets of Aircraft and Rocket Engineering Company JSC (formerly Artem), intends to purchase 24.12% of shares of another company – JSC Artemzvariuvannia Plant.
According to the announcement of the intention to acquire shares of Artemzvariuvannia published in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, Yaralova intends to purchase 423,436 ordinary shares (or 24.12% of the charter capital), before that she and her affiliates did not own shares of this enterprise.
JSC Aircraft and Rocket Engineering Company, which is part of the management of the state concern Ukroboronprom, owns more than 50% of the charter capital in JSC Artempolymer and 51% in JSC Artemzvariuvannia.
According to information from the National Securities Market Commission, as of the second quarter, Minali LLC owns a 24.125% stake in Artemzvariuvannia, the final beneficiary of which is listed in the state register as Israeli citizen Valery Shvets. Until February 2021, this package was owned by Golf and Country Club LLC.
In 2021, according to the company’s report, its main product range was wheelchairs – 380 units were sold for UAH 11 million. Weapons and ammunition were produced for UAH 3.8 million (total net income amounted to UAH 13.03 million).
According to Opendatabot, in 2022, the net income of Artemzvariuvannia Plant decreased to UAH 9.23 million, the loss decreased by 2.5 times to UAH 3 million.
