KYIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PRO100-Insurance (Kyiv) collected UAH 160.3 million in gross premiums in January-September 2022, which is 25.9% less than in the same period of 2021, the Standard-Rating agency reported, confirming the credit/financial reliability rating of the company at the level of "uaAA" on the national scale.
According to the report, income from individuals decreased by 30.51%, to UAH 114.488 million, and from reinsurers – by 30.61%, to UAH 2.906 million. The share of individuals in gross premiums for the first nine months of 2022 amounted to 71.41%.
Insurance premiums sent to reinsurers for the nine months of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021 decreased by 43.67%, to UAH 5.566 million, the coefficient of participation of reinsurers in insurance premiums decreased by 1.10 p.p., to 3.47%.
The insurer’s net premiums decreased by 25.03%, to UAH 154.765 million, while earned premiums decreased by 7.17%, to UAH 180.245 million.
PRO100-Insurance for the three quarters of 2022 paid its customers UAH 58.468 million of insurance indemnities, which is 34.66% less than in the nine months of 2021. Thus, the level of payments decreased by 4.90 percentage points, to 36.47%.
According to the results of the first three quarters of 2022, the financial result from operating activities increased 2.57 times, to UAH 35.148 million, and the company’s net profit increased 21.84 times, to UAH 94.581 million.
As of October 1, 2022, the company’s assets increased by 15.03%, to UAH 573.418 million, equity increased by 35.76%, to UAH 359.096 million, liabilities decreased by 8.40%, to UAH 214.322 million, cash and their equivalents decreased by 41.40%, to UAH 65.745 million.
