Rada postpones obligation to create supervisory boards by capital market participants to deadline of 90 days after end of martial law

KYIV. Dec 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada adopted an amendment to the norm on the provisions of the law "On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets" and postponed the deadline for the obligatory creation of supervisory boards by professional market participants to 90 days after the end of martial law.

"The norm on the transitional provisions of the law "On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets" regarding the creation of a supervisory board by companies from January 1, 2023 has already been postponed until 90 days after the end of martial law," MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak (Holos parliamentary faction) wrote on his Telegram channel.

He said that he was the author of this amendment.
