KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group, as part of the active expansion of its professional activities in the international market, has taken over the management of the Saba Tower aparthotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan, as well as the Moon Rock Villas complex and the Big Waves Berawa aparthotel, located on the island of Bali (Indonesia), the company’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
The starting point for Ribas Hotels Group to enter the Kazakhstan market was the Saba Tower project, created by Saba Group. Hotels Group provides full support for the development project, from the creation of the concept and architectural design to future management. Architect-conceptologist of the Saba Tower project is Olha Yesvandzhyia, interior designer is Tetiana Morozova. The project is planned to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2026.
“Income-generating projects like Saba Tower are just beginning to appear on the Kazakhstan market, but we can confidently assume that this real estate niche will actively develop and resonate with developers, private investors and, of course, guests of aparthotels,” noted Artur Lupashko, founder of Ribas Hotels Group.
The multifunctional 24-storey Saba Tower complex is located in the central district of Almaty, its total area is more than 27,000 square meters. The complex includes retail space, class A offices and a four-star aparthotel, which will be managed by Ribas Hotels Group.
The aparthotel includes 130 rooms located on five floors. It is noted that the apartments are available for purchase by private investors.
The projects in Bali (the Moon Rock Villas complex and the Big Waves Berawa aparthotel) are being implemented in partnership with Big Waves Development.
The Big Waves Berawa aparthotel includes a swimming pool, as well as many infrastructure within walking distance. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2024.
The press service recalled that this is the second aparthotel on the island of Bali, managed by Ribas Hotels Group. In June, the company took over the management of the Anta Residence Canggu project.
