Ribas Hotels Group intends to attract ten new development projects in 2024

KYIV. Jan 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group (Odesa) intends to attract ten new development projects in 2024, six projects are already at the stage of signing an agreement, the company’s press service reported.

“We calculated that Ribas currently has 54 hotels under management and construction. Six more projects are at the signing stage. And this is not only Bukovel, but also Lutsk, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Lviv and the region, namely Truskavets, and Skhidnytsia, as well as Kyiv and the region. We are working to ensure that new projects appear in Dnipro and Odesa,” founder of Ribas Hotels Group Arthur Lupashko said.

According to him, the hotels under construction will be sold under the brands Ribas, Ribas Rooms, WOL home + hotel, and a global brand of the upper scale segment will be involved in one project.

Currently, there are 27 projects in the company’s portfolio at the design and construction stage, of which 21 projects are in Ukraine, six are outside its borders.

The press service noted that in 2024 the operator intends to attract ten new development projects. According to Lupashko, this dynamics of portfolio expansion allows them to effectively work on developing concepts and supporting projects.

Ribas Hotels Group, operating since 2014, is an international management company whose flagship service is the operational management of hotel and restaurant complexes.
