By KYIV. Nov 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ribas Hotels Group together with Ama Family Resort are starting to implement three new hotel projects in Polianytsia and Yablunytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, as well as in Vinnytsia, the companies’ press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
“Each of the hotels will become the best in its segment in these regions. With each new facility, we strive to strengthen Ukraine’s status in the international arena as a strong hotel player,” commented Arthur Lupashko, founder and CEO of Ribas.
Archimatika was involved in the design of a five-star hotel in Bukovel. The hotel will be seven-story, with 143 rooms; its name has not yet been approved. This is the third phase of the Ama Family Resort project, the first (blocked low-rise buildings) and the second (mid-rise apart-hotel) are under construction.
Also in Ivano-Frankivsk region, in Yablunytsia, an authentic cottage town PÓTAY will be created. It was developed jointly with the architectural and construction company COSMOS in. There are 47 cottages with a total of 63 rooms. Each of the cottages overlooks Hoverla and Petros.
A five-story WOL apart-hotel with 78 rooms will appear in the center of Vinnytsia, it was created in collaboration with the TEMO design bureau.
All three projects are being built by Ihor Ilchyshen’s Ama Family Resort and will be managed by Ribas Hotels Group.
According to founder and CEO of Ama Family Resort Ihor Ilchyshen, construction of the PÓTAY cottage community has already begun and it will be put into operation in the second quarter of 2025. Construction of the hotel in Bukovel will begin in the spring of 2024, its commissioning is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. Construction of the WOL project in Vinnytsia will begin in the winter of 2024, and its completion will take place in the third quarter of 2025.
“All three objects will be created according to a unique concept. They will set a trend in the market for the creation of high-quality hotel projects in which people want to come and invest,” Ihor Ilchyshen said.
According to the project partners, the payback of the PÓTAY project in Yablunytsia is about 9.1 years, WOL in Vinnytsia is about 9.3 years, and hotels in Bukovel is 10 years.
Ribas Hotels Group, operating since 2014, is an international management company whose flagship service is the operational management of hotel and restaurant complexes.
