KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Registered in the middle of September of this year, Budtrans-Logistic LLC acquired a single property complex of the state-owned enterprise Burshtyn Ukraine (Rivne) at a repeated auction for UAH 6.7 million without competition.
According to Prozorro.sale, the first auction for the sale of Burshtyn Ukraine in October this year at a starting price of UAH 12.7 billion did not take place, after which the second auction was announced with a halving of the price to UAH 6.4 million.
According to the documents, the single property complex included 69/100 parts of the administrative building, 67/100 parts of the production building, a transformer substation, a checkpoint, a composition of cylinders with a ramp, an administrative building, a hangar, a utility brick building and 11 land plots – nine in Klesiv and two in Rivne – an area of 43.25 hectares.
Burshtyn Ukraine also owns a license for the extraction of amber in Rivne region.
The company’s gross income in the first half of 2022 amounted to UAH 923,000, the company’s accounts payable amounted to almost UAH 14.5 million, almost UAH 3.5 million were wage arrears as of the end of June 2022. The average number of employees as of June 30 is 40 people.
Budtrans-Logistic was established with a charter capital of UAH 12 million, its founder and director is Anatoliy Mesnikovych, who owns or manages several other enterprises in Rivne region, the main activity is wholesale of sugar, chocolate and confectionery.
