By KYIV. Sept 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Subsidiaries of the agricultural holding KSG Agro – KSG Dnipro LLC and Strong-Invest LLC engaged in crop production and raising pigs, respectively, are making their debut bond issues.
As stated in the information on the website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, on August 31, it registered for each company issues of interest-bearing unsecured corporate bonds of Series A and B.
KSG Agro said that these bonds will be issued alternately in series, the volume of each series is $1.5 million. The issues are non-public and will be placed among private investors. The underwriter is TAScombank.
The agricultural holding said that this is an important step for the issuer, aimed at developing and attracting investments.
