By KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – TAS Insurance Company (Kyiv) plans to allocate UAH 89.012 million for the payment of dividends based on the results of work in 2021, the relevant issue is contained in the agenda of the company’s shareholders meeting scheduled for December 5.
The insurer intends to leave the rest of the profit in the amount of UAH 7.012 million undistributed.
In general, the company’s net profit for 2021 amounted to UAH 90.067 million, the report says.
As reported, in 2021 TAS collected UAH 2.449 billion of premiums under concluded insurance contracts, which is 20.9% more than in 2020.
TAS was registered in 1998. It is a universal company offering customers over 80 types of insurance products for various types of voluntary and compulsory insurance. It has an extensive regional network: 28 regional directorates and a branch.
