Three people injured, critical infrastructure facility damaged in enemy attack on Kyiv region – local authorities

KYIV. Dec 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A critical infrastructure facility and nine private houses in various districts of Kyiv region were damaged as a result of a massive missile attack on Ukraine on Friday morning, Head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba has said.

"Unfortunately, three people were injured, one of them is in serious condition. All of them are receiving necessary treatment. Rescue services and local self-government representatives are working on the scenes in order to evaluate the damage and start restoration activities as soon as possible," he said on the Telegram channel.

The system of emergency power outages is working in the region. Hospitals and critical infrastructure facilities are working with generators.

There are communication, water and heating supply troubles in some communities of the region. The municipal services and power engineers are working in emergency mode. The priority is to restore water and heating supply.

Also, more than 400 Invincibility Points operate in Kyiv region around the clock.
