At 1100, official opening of the Ukrainian Center for Complex Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Liutizh, which was damaged at the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022, will start. The center resumes its work due to the Ukrainian and Luxembourg Red Cross.
