Turkish Defense Minister to propose to extend ‘grain deal’ for another year – media

KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar has announced that he will propose to extend the current agreement on the grain corridor for another year, the Turkish news agency Hürriyet reported on Monday.

"We talked about the conflict and humanitarian conditions separately. Ukraine has given written guarantees to Russia through Turkey. We will propose an extension of the agreement for another year," Akar said in his latest statement.
