By KYIV. May 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine in January-April this year reduced imports of nickel ores and concentrate in kind by 97.5% compared to the same period last year, to 7,238 tonnes.
According to statistics published by the State Customs Service, in monetary terms, the import of nickel ores during this period decreased by 98%, to $257,000.
Import was from Guatemala (100% of deliveries in terms of money).
Ukraine did not export and re-export these products in January-April, both this year and last year.
