Ukraine keeps licensing for export of cattle, poultry, eggs, rye, millet, oats and mineral fertilizers in 2023

KYIV. Jan 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a list of goods whose exports require licensing in 2023, adding to it, compared to 2022, buckwheat, the export of which was temporarily banned.

The government adopted corresponding resolution No. 1466 on December 27, 2022 and published it on its website on Monday.

In particular, the Cabinet has established licensing for the export of cattle, frozen cattle meat, poultry, salted or in brine, dried or smoked meat and edible meat by-products, edible flour from meat or meat by-products, chicken eggs.

In addition, in 2023, the export of rye, oats, millet, sugar, nitrogen, phosphorus and potash fertilizers, fertilizers in tablets or similar forms or packages with a gross weight of not more than 10 kg, as well as buckwheat, is again subject to licensing.
