Ukrainian Insurance Group plans to allocate over UAH 18 mln for dividends over 2021

KYIV. Dec 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian Insurance Group (Kyiv) completed 2021 with a profit of UAH 21.205 million, of which UAH 18.024 million is planned to be used to pay dividends.

According to the agenda of a meeting of shareholders, published in the information database of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the meeting of the company’s shareholders adopted the corresponding decision on October 4.

According to it, it is planned, in particular, that ATBIH GmbH (Austria), which owns 92.9256% of the company’s shares, will be paid UAH 16.749 million in dividends, JSC Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe (Austria), which owns 6.901%, – UAH 1.244 million, and Ukrainian Assistance Service LLC (0.157%) – UAH 28,261.

As reported, the company’s net profit in 2020 amounted to UAH 65.404 million, of which UAH 55.6 million was planned to be used to pay dividends.

The Ukrainian Insurance Group is a company with 100% foreign capital. It has been operating in the Ukrainian classical insurance market since 2000. It is part of one of the world’s largest insurance groups, the market leader in Central and Eastern Europe – Vienna Insurance.
