By KYIV. Sept 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia (UGV) paid almost UAH 16 billion in royalty payments for January-August 2023, the company’s press service reported on Tuesday.
According to its data, of this amount, UAH 792.1 million, or 5%, went to the budgets of local and regional levels where the company operates.
The budgets of Kharkiv and Poltava regions received the most contributions from January to August 2023 – UAH 385.67 million and UAH 332.72 million, respectively.
The amount of royalty payments is calculated in accordance with the sale price of natural gas from Ukrgazvydobuvannia to NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy.
