KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Ukrainian Graphite (Ukrgrafit, Zaporizhia) in January-March of this year received a net profit of UAH 1.649 million, while it ended the same period last year with a net loss of UAH 111.830 million.
According to the interim report of the company, during this period, net income decreased by 7.4% – to UAH 491.581 million.
The undistributed profit of the enterprise at the end of March 2022 amounted to UAH 3.529 billion.
Ukrgrafit is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of graphite electrodes for electric steel-smelting, ore-thermal and other types of electric furnaces, commercial carbon masses for Soderberg electrodes, carbon-based lining materials for metallurgical, machine-building, chemical and other industrial complexes.
According to the National Depository of Ukraine, for the fourth quarter of 2021, Intergraphite Holdings Company Limited (Bermuda) owns 23.9841% of the plant, C6 Safe Group Limited (Cyprus) owns 72.0394%.
The charter capital of the plant is UAH 233.959 million, the nominal value of one share is UAH 3.35.
