Ukrnafta opens renovated filling station in Khmelnytsky

KYIV. Dec 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PJSC Ukrnafta has opened a renovated filling station in Khmelnytsky at 54/7 Kuprina Street, the company’s press release said.

"At the station you can find everything you need: high-quality fuel, hot food, travel goods and products for the car," the report says.

In the event of a prolonged absence of electricity, the filling station will operate as a "invincibility point," offering heating, charging devices and access to the Internet, Ukrnafta noted.

In the near future, the company’s management promises to complete the reconstruction and open two more renovated filling stations in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

"We recall that Ukrnafta creates additional opportunities for Ukrainian producers of goods and services and offers 449 filling stations across the country to sell their products and services," it stressed.

As reported, on November 5, the headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief decided to withdraw the shares of Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta (with the exception of the share of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy), as well as Motor Sich, AvtoKrAZ and Zaporizhtransformator. This was carried out on November 6 after the settlement of the procedure by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

Ukrnafta owns 85 special permits for hydrocarbon production. It has 1,809 oil and 153 gas wells on its balance sheet. The company owns 537 gas stations, of which 449 are operating as of early December 2022. The controlling stake in the company belongs to NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, while the minority (about 42%) before withdrawal belonged to the structures of Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov.
