Ukrnafta transfers procurement to ProZorro

KYIV. Dec 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Procurement of goods, works and services necessary for the operation of PJSC Ukrnafta will be made through the state system ProZorro.

As the company said in a statement on Tuesday, the purchases will be carried out taking into account all the security requirements of martial law.

"We want market players to come to the auction and compete honestly with quality, reliability, price," Serhiy Koretsky, director of PJSC Ukrnafta, is quoted in the message.

The main principles of trading are equal conditions and equal access of market players to Ukrnafta’s auctions.

To work with purchases on ProZorro, Ukrnafta has created a hotline and a chat bot.

As reported earlier, Ukrnafta initiated unscheduled tax and audit checks at the enterprise.

Ukrnafta owns 85 special permits for hydrocarbon production. It has 1,809 oil and 153 gas wells on its balance sheet. The company owns 537 gas stations, of which 449 are operating as of early December 2022.

In Ukrnafta, a controlling stake is owned by NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, while a minority stake (about 42%) before withdrawal belongs to the structures of Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov.
