KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Unives insurance company (Kyiv) collected UAH 1.867 million in net premiums in January-September 2023, which is 93.5% less than for the same period in 2022.
According to the company’s interim report posted in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, its gross premiums for this period amounted to UAH 552,000, while for the same period a year earlier it was UAH 8.851 million. Some UAH 2,000 were transferred to reinsurance.
In the first three months, the company paid out UAH 3.527 million, which is 2.3 times less than in the same period a year earlier.
The company’s administrative expenses amounted to UAH 1.968 million, which is 2 times less, sales expenses amounted to UAH 170,000.
Net profit decreased 2.7 times to UAH 5.877 million.
Unives has been operating in the Ukrainian insurance market since 2003. It is part of Unives financial group. It specializes in risk insurance. It has 17 licenses for compulsory and voluntary types of insurance.
The company’s charter capital is UAH 50 million.
