ZTR, AvtoKrAZ expropriated by state owe UAH 3 bln to subsidiaries of VEB, Sberbank removed from market

KYIV. Nov 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PJSC Zaporozhtransformator, expropriated in favor of the state, as of October 1 this year, had to return UAH 2.19 billion to the subsidiary of the Russian Sberbank – IR Bank removed from the market, according to information on the website of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.

According to it, out of four other enterprises expropriated by the state and transferred to the Ministry of Defense, PJSC AvtoKrAZ had a debt of UAH 821.3 million confirmed by the court to Prominvestbank, a subsidiary of another Russian bank – VEB, which was also removed from the market at the beginning of the war.

The Deposit Guarantee Fund said that as of October 1, the largest debtors of Prominvestbank were Mriya agricultural holding with UAH 7.39 billion, Snabtradecompany with $64.3 million, Altcom Road Construction with $62.6 million and UAH 466.7 million, AVK with UAH 1.83 billion, Yasynivsky Coke Plant with $41.6 million and UAH 37.9 million, SAVI with $41.6 million and UAH 7.4 million.

From this list, AVK is also among the largest debtors of IR Bank with UAH 1.19 billion. However, Azovelectrostal, Trade House Azovzagalmash and Azovzagalmash have even greater obligations – a total of UAH 8.34 billion, Krai Property has $44.5 million and UAH 445.9 million, FC Chornomorets has UAH 1.54 billion and TH Agri-Trade has UAH 1.25 billion.
