EAEU approves trade rules for common energy market

BISHKEK. Oct 26 (Interfax) – Members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) have signed a document approving electricity trade rules for the EAEU common energy market, the Kyrgyz government’s press service said following a Eurasian Intergovernmental Council meeting in Bishkek.

The document is among 26 others signed at the meeting, which regulate the use of navigation seals and the role of the nuclear industry and non-power uses of nuclear technologies in attaining the sustainable development goals across the EAEU.

The Council also signed a document to examine the creation of a Eurasian credit rating agency.
