KYIV. Oct 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Katarina Mathernova, during a meeting with head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andriy Pyshny, noted the “remarkable job” of the NBU in ensuring macro-financial stability and assistance to the Ukrainian economy.
“Good meeting with Governor Pyshnyy. The NBU has done remarkable job in ensuring macrofinancial stability & help Ukraine’s economy. It will also play key role in EU integration & implementing crucial reforms, starting w/ PEP legislation,” she said on X (Twitter).
As reported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law on the lifelong status of politically exposed persons (PEP) and on strengthening their financial monitoring.
