By KYIV. Oct 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a draft letter to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) requesting accession to the OECD Council Recommendation on Principles for Internet Policy Making.
As Taras Melnychuk, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, reported on Telegram, the corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Friday.
The decision notes that adherence to this recommendation and taking into account its requirements will ensure compliance of the national Internet policy with “best international practices.”
