Kuleba in Berlin to meet with foreign colleagues, reps of German govt, management of arms manufacturing companies

KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, as part of a working visit to Berlin on November 2-3, will meet with foreign colleagues, representatives of the German government and management of arms manufacturing companies.

According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Kuleba went to Berlin at the invitation of German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock.

“The head of Ukrainian diplomacy will take part in the conference of foreign ministers of EU member states and candidate countries “A Wider, Stronger Union – preparing the EU for enlargement and candidate countries for accession,” at which he will present the vision of Ukraine as a future EU member for further reform EU, as well as strengthening its role in the international arena. As part of the conference, Dmytro Kuleba will also hold meetings with the ministers of foreign affairs of a number of foreign states,” the statement says.

During the visit to Berlin, the minister is also scheduled to meet with representatives of the German government and political circles, as well as the leadership of arms manufacturing companies.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced on his Instagram that he was going to Berlin, where a ministerial meeting would be held on the future of the EU and Ukraine’s accession to the European Union.
