By KYIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed Viktor Kharchenko from the post of Commander of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and appointed Serhiy Lupanchuk to this position.
Relevant decrees No. 727/2023 and 728/2023 of November 3 were published on the website of the head of the Ukrainian state.
