Defense Intelligence: Two Russian boats in Uzkaya Bay in Crimea destroyed by surface attack drones

KYIV. Nov 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In the area of Uzkaya Bay on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea, two landing boats of the invaders were destroyed as a result of an attack by surface drones, the Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.

“The results of additional reconnaissance carried out on November 10, 2023 in the area of Uzkaya Bay in the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea indicate that after an attack by surface attack drones, small landing ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet were destroyed,” the Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense said on the Telegram channel on Friday evening.

Reportedly, according to new intelligence data, “two boats of the invaders were hit: one ship is an older project 1176 ‘shark,’ the second is a newer one – project 11770 ‘chamois.'”

“As a result of the attack, both Russian vessels sank to the bottom: the ‘shark’ immediately, the ‘chamois’ still unsuccessfully fought for survival, but also sank,” the report notes.
