By KYIV. Nov 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupation forces shelled the suburb of Kherson on Monday, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak has said.
“A 2-months-old baby and her mother were wounded. A man was killed. The people were returning after a medical examination. The Russian forces were clearly aware that it was a civilian car. Systemic terrorism – that is how Russia wages the war,” he said on the Telegram channel on Monday.
