Enemy regroups, attacks from different directions in Kupiansk axis – Fitio

KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In the Kupiansk axis, the enemy has regrouped and is trying to advance from several directions towards Kupiansk with the aim of re-occupying the city, Head of the Public Liaison Service of the Command of the Ground Forces of Ukraine Volodymyr Fitio has said.

“In the Kupiansk axis, the situation remains active. The enemy has regrouped. The enemy is further advancing from several directions towards Kupiansk as it wants to re-occupy the city,” he said on the air of the national telethon on Wednesday.

In the Kupiansk axis, the Ukrainian defenders repelled eleven enemy attacks during the day. The enemy carried out 19 airstrikes and also used 25 kamikaze drones. In total, the occupiers carried out 532 attacks in this direction.

According to Fitio, Russia lost 246 occupiers and 52 types of military equipment in one day, including seven tanks and four infantry combat vehicles.
