By KYIV. Nov 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – For the first time in history, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has had a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tanzania January Makamba, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reports.
“For the first time in history: Minister Dmytro Kuleba had a conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tanzania, January Makamba,” the Foreign Ministry said on its Telegram channel on Monday.
The diplomats reportedly discussed global food security, as well as ideas for developing bilateral cooperation and deepening Ukraine’s ties with African countries.
