Explosions heard in Kherson – head of city administration

KYIV. Nov 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Explosions are heard in Kherson, residents are asked to take shelter, head of the city military administration Roman Mrochko reports.

“Powerful explosions are heard in Kherson! Be careful! Move to safer places!” Mrochko wrote on his Telegram channel.
